埃尼再次尋求削減其在塞班子公司股份

據World Oil & Gas News網站5月17日米蘭報道，意大利石油巨頭埃尼公司董事長艾瑪·瑪切嘉利日前在米蘭接受當地媒體記者采訪時表示，在由于油價下跌擱置一項出售其石油服務單位以后，埃尼公司日前再次尋求削減其旗下從事油田服務業務子公司塞班公司的股份。

瑪切嘉利是在接受當地財經日報II Sole 24 Ore的記者采訪時發表上述講話的。她說：“我們再次研究了這個削減股份計劃?！?/P>

她說，埃尼公司還可能考慮出售其汽油零售業務。

瑪切嘉利補充說：“我們可以決定保留這些股份，把這些股份與塞班公司的其他股份分開，從這些股份中獲得收益，或者把這些股份用于市場運作。但是，我們迄今還沒有作出一個決定。”

埃尼公司擁有塞班公司的43%股份。

Eni Renews Effort to Shed Saipem Stake

Italian oil and gas group Eni is again looking to cut its stake in Saipem after putting on hold a plan to sell down its oil services unit due to a slide on oil prices, Eni Chairman Emma Marcegaglia said in a newspaper interview.

"We are once again reviewing the plan," she was quoted as saying in financial daily Il Sole 24 Ore on Thursday.

Eni could also consider selling its retail gas business.

"We could decide to keep it, separate it from the rest of the company and extract value from it, or aim for a market operation. We are yet to take a decision," Marcegaglia said.

Eni has 43% shares in Saipem.
